2. Scope of Services

WebDesignVector provides professional copywriting, content strategy, email campaign design, product messaging, and related content services. The scope of each project is defined in the individual project proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Project Timeline & Deliverables

Estimated timelines are provided in project proposals and are non-binding unless explicitly stated. WebDesignVector will deliver all agreed-upon materials within the timeframe specified in the statement of work. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing materials) will extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. WebDesignVector reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and usage rights to all final deliverables. WebDesignVector retains the right to display work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

6. Revisions

Standard project packages include two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable submission.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebDesignVector's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

1. General Refund Policy

2. Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You cancel the project before any work has commenced.
We fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work within 30 days of the original deadline due to reasons attributable to WebDesignVector.

3. Partial Refund

You may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed if:

You cancel the project after work has commenced but before final deliverables are submitted.
The delivered work materially deviates from the agreed-upon scope and cannot be remedied through revisions.

4. No Refund

Refunds are not available for:

Completed and delivered work that meets the agreed-upon scope.
Changes in client direction or preference after deliverables are approved.
Revision rounds beyond the included two (2) rounds.

5. Refund Process
